Of course, they do. And, you can’t blame them. The information is often readily available and a lot more candid than you would ever consider being in an interview. So, do yourself a favor, sign out of all of your social networking sites and then do a search for yourself.
See anything you want to keep private? A few preemptive steps will make all the difference. Delete any questionable comments. Untag any unfavorable images.
Have some outspoken buddies? Reach out to them and set boundaries. If that doesn’t work, you can always adjust your security settings.
