Job Description
Analyst / Consultant
1. Looking for folks with 2 to 4 years of experience.
2. O&G experience is not required.
3. Want folks with implementation experience preferably on a financial system such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epic Software, Reynolds & Reynolds Automotive Dealership Software, etc.
*Would love some Accounting expertise. Preferably from a company with a good training program (Big 4):
4. Also looking for technical expertise. Perhaps an Engineering Degree and experience building interfaces (SSIS), Business Intelligence Solutions, writing data conversion scripts, etc.
Preferred experience:
Python, SSIS.
5. The implementation skills and technical expertise may be found in different individuals. Rare to find it in 1 person, but if you find that unicorn, great.
6. Great communication skills and ability to interact well with people (i.e. people smart).
7. Team player
8. Quick learner, loves to learn new things and likes being on a learning curve.
9. Great work ethic and hard worker.
Job Requirements
- Up to 80% Travel (Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Pennsylvania).
- Currently lives in Houston, TX (Or looking to relocate at own expense).
- Change Management experience is a plus (though not required)
- Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) Degree with Python Experience is ideal.
