ServiceNow System Administrator
Required Skills
- Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems with ServiceNow
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge,
- Strong working experience in workflow design and implementation
- Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production.
- Experience working in and managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion throughout multiple instances.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
- Web services integration (REST plus one of the following: SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS)
- Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, )
- Expertise in JavaScript including usage of jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks; HTML experience.
- Previous experience in ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment.
ServiceNow Service Portal Experience and Content Management System (CMS). Service Portal preferred as CMS was replaced in the Geneva release of ServiceNow approx. 1.5 years ago - Expert debugging, testing, and problem solving skills

Preferred Skills
- ITIL Certification
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- Previous experience with the ServiceNow Discovery or Mapping tool
- Previous experience in developing web based user interfaces.
- Must have experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations and have developed custom applications
- Knowledge of system design and development used within Service Oriented architecture
- Experience with Vcenter Orchestration
- PowerShell Experience
- Familiar with Database technologies such as Oracle or SQL
