Description:
Under general supervision, performs assignments involving the recruitment, selection, and placement of nonexempt craft, clerical, technical, and designated entry-level exempt positions.
May refer applicants for job openings, administer pre-employment tests, check references and conduct exit interviews.
May assist with the placement of employment advertising and/or act as a company representative at external career fairs.
- Must have at 1-5 years of recruiting experience, prefer Oil & Gas not a must
- fine with staffing or corporate recruiting exp.
- Recruiter will be recruiting on operational positions, such as light industrial, manufacturing, etc.
- Will support Cement Product Line in Odessa.
- Must have volume recruiting experience
- Must have strong communications skills, can communicate well with all levels of people; district managers, HR, etc.
- Job functions will be recruiting, conducting hiring events, job fairs, placing ads, prefer them to have this experience if not that’s fine
- Must be able to travel
- Travel 10-15% for hiring events
- 1-2 times a month, which it will be a two day trip (traveling locations will be Mission, TX, Brownfield, TX and NM
- Will start managing 50 openings and will end with 150 plus openings
- Must have good tenure
- Prefer local candidates

- Will conduct phone interviews, then in person interviews with District Manger, HR, Recruiter
